Shipping policy
1. Delivery areas
France mainland, Belgium and The Netherlands.
2. Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after payment is received.
3. Delivery methods
Delivery is carried out by a carrier to your home, to a pickup point, or to a parcel locker.
The available shipping method is indicated at checkout.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- the weight and size of the parcel,
- the selected delivery method,
- the destination.
They are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
5. Parcel tracking
When available, a tracking number is provided to the buyer as soon as the parcel is shipped.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. Packaging
Second-hand items are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transport.
Recycled materials may be used as part of an eco-friendly approach.
7. Delivery issues
In the event of a lost, damaged, or undelivered parcel, the buyer is invited to contact us as soon as possible, in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 7.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
