ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made through the website:

Facebook
Pinterest
However, no sales are concluded through these platforms.
All orders must be placed exclusively on the Seller’s website.
These platforms are neither contractual partners nor responsible for any sales.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products sold are vintage or second-hand goods.
3.1 Nature of goods
Products may present:
- Signs of wear
- Age-related defects
- Natural patina
- Previous restorations
These characteristics are an integral part of the item and do not constitute defects.
3.2 Description
Dimensions, colors, and descriptions are provided with the greatest possible accuracy.
Slight variations may occur.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices are stated in euros, excluding VAT (€).
VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
The order becomes final after:
- Validation of the cart
- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Full payment
An automatic confirmation email is sent.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Obvious pricing error
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted:
- Credit/debit card
Payment is due immediately.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery area
Delivery is available in mainland France, Belgium and The Netherlands.
7.2 Delivery times
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination country.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs services
- Strikes
- Administrative restrictions
- Force majeure events
7.3 Delivery methods
Delivery is carried out via home delivery, pickup point, or parcel locker.
Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
7.4 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- weight and size of the parcel
- selected delivery method
- destination
They are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
7.5 Tracking
When available, a tracking number is provided to the buyer once the parcel is shipped.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
7.6 Claims
Damaged parcel
Refusal upon home delivery
If the customer notices that the parcel is damaged upon home delivery, they must refuse it and notify the Seller within 24 hours by email at causseetcampagne@gmail.com.
If damage is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
Refusal at pickup point
If the customer notices damage upon collection at a pickup point, they must refuse the parcel and notify the Seller within 24 hours by email at causseetcampagne@gmail.com.
If damage is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
Refusal at parcel locker
If the customer notices damage upon collection from a parcel locker, they must collect the parcel and notify the Seller within 24 hours by email at causseetcampagne@gmail.com, providing clear written reservations and photos of the damaged parcel.
If damage is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
Acceptance of the parcel
Once the parcel has been accepted, it is considered delivered. If damage is discovered after acceptance, the customer must notify the Seller within 24 hours by email at causseetcampagne@gmail.com, including:
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- exact date of delivery/collection
Lost parcel
In case of non-delivery, the customer must notify the Seller within 2 days of the lack of tracking movement.
Delivery disputes
When the carrier marks a parcel as delivered while the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must notify the Seller within 10 days.
If damage is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
Unclaimed parcels
Parcels must be collected within 14 days.
After this period, the parcel will be returned to the Seller. No refund or reshipment request can be made by the customer.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code:
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return conditions:
- Return in original condition
- Secure packaging
- Return shipping costs borne by the customer
- No refund of customs duties

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the order.
Specifics of vintage items:
As items are vintage or second-hand:
- Signs of age are not considered defects
- Minor imperfections are part of their charm and authenticity
- Dimensions are provided for guidance only
We recommend carefully reading descriptions and contacting us before purchase if in doubt.
Large items:
- A specialized carrier may be required
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Costs may be significant
ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Seller is bound by:
- The legal guarantee of conformity for two years
- The legal warranty against hidden defects for two years
However:
Defects related to normal wear, age, or those mentioned in the description cannot be considered non-conformity.
ARTICLE 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect assembly
- Improper use
- Electrical incompatibility abroad
- Acceptance of a damaged parcel without notification within the deadlines specified in Article 7.6
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Data collected is used solely for:
- Order processing
- Customer relationship management
In accordance with GDPR, the customer has the right to:

- Rectification
- Erasure
- Restriction
